All Real Estate Images are delivered as High Resolution Digital Images and include light edits/retouching. Rescheduling can usually be accommodated within reason. Cancellations less than 48 hours from our scheduled shoot time will be subject to a $50 fee and day of shoot cancellations are subject to a $100 fee. If the property is later photographed by Nicokam you will be credited with 75% of the cancellation fee towards your invoice. Drone and Add Ons pricing is in addition to Signature Coverage. For standalone Drone/Twilight Images please add $75. Standard turnaround guaranteed by 4:00p the next business day after shooting.
